Sleep/Relaxation/Rest

There are several ways of achieving a relaxed state. Some examples are yoga, massage, meditation, baths a quick nap or a deep sleep to name a few. How easy do you think it is to fall asleep or achieve a relaxed state if tension exists within your neural system? What if improper spinal alignment creates tension along the spine, that houses and protects the nervous system, and keeps you from being able to relax or even sleeping soundly? It is during sleep that our bodies regenerate most efficiently.

Diet

Diet is what you eat. Nutrition is what your body takes and makes of it. If a person were to eat foods rich in nutrients, such as fruits, vegetables good fats, oils and whole grains one would assume that this is a nutritious and good diet. However, communication errors in the nervous system, due to build up of toxins, leaky gut, food intolerances etc.can interfere with the information between the brain and digestive organs (ie, stomach, intestines) resulting in improper digestion therefore even a diet rich in nutrients can lead to mal-nutrition!

Mental health/Positive mental attitude

When was a last time you saw a „negative person” get a huge promotion at work?

How do you feel when you are around „negative people”? How do people feel when they are around you? Did you know that your attitude has a direct effect on the function of your immune system(it is the scientific study of psychoneuroimmunology)?  Have you ever noticed that when you are feeling „down”, you tend to experience poor posture and ill health? Coincidence?

Exercise

How many people say they would exercise more often if they had the energy, strength and drive? Did you know that all of the muscles in your body are controlled by the nerves that come off the spinal cord? If a subluxation exists, do you think the muscles that you are trying to exercise are going to function properly? A healthy spine provides people the opportunity to experience optimal performance during all types of physical activity. Many of the greatest athletes in the world receive Chiropractic care to perform at their best! Why should you settle for anything less?

Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health.  Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.

Doctors of Chiropractic – often referred to as chiropractors or chiropractic physicians – practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis(depending on the countries legal regulations) and treatment. Chiropractors have a broad diagnostic skills, mostly in the area of the musculoskeletal system, and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling. They are the only profession properly trained to locate misalignments, called subluxations, along the spine and to, by adjustments, assist the body in correcting them.
